Refund policy

At Shoptenone, we understand that ordering online can be challenging. Our goal is to provide you with a seamless and enjoyable online shopping experience. In doing so we want to ensure the safety of each of our customers. 

Please note that we have specific return policies in place. We do not accept returns on sale items, custom items, white items, unworn items, accessories, jewelry, shoes and lace items ‘lingerie’. These items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return. All digital products are Final Sale.

Instead, we offer exchanges for eligible items. If you wish to make an exchange, please reach out to us via email at Info@shoptenone.com, please allow up to 72 hours for a response & we only respond to emails on weekdays only (excluding any holidays). Kindly provide us with the order number and the reason for the exchange. You can only exchange for the same item or  same priced item but never any NEW ARRIVAL.

Shoptenone is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. We do not offer refunds. However, exchanges are allowed and must be done within 3 days from the time the order was delivered. Garments must be unwashed/unworn in pristine condition with all tags attached. Any smell of fragrance or smell of smoke on the item, any damages or modification made to the item will result in a deny of an exchange. As a customer it is your full responsibility to insert a correct and valid address. Shoptenone is not responsible for any package that was shipped to a wrong/incorrect address. Shoptenone is not responsible for return to sender packages for any reason. You as the customer are responsible for paying shipping fee to reship your package. If you do not want the item anymore you will be issued store credit ONLY.
